Do you know this saying? Fake it until you make it!

That means: Lift your corners of mouth that it seems like you smile and the feeling of a smile will come to you.

Try it! The next time you feel down because something went wrong, fake to smile and realize that you are allowed to smile everytime. You haven’t to feel down. There is no reason. But there is always a reason to smile because it lets feel you better and also the people around you.

So start right now and smile!

Did you consider what to give your loved ones for Valentine’s Day?

I have a proposition for you: Give them a big smile from the very ground of your heart!

When I feel love in the very moment in which I experience something (a word from a friend, seeing a rainbow..) a smile appears on my face .. it is a peaceful smile which keeps to be small but relax my whole soul – because I am just in the moment.

Smiling hello to you!

A little story from my day: When I put my cell phone on today I got a SMS that I lost a call. Well, mostly people are angry when they realize that they lost a call but I smiled because I knew that the message tells me that somebody thought of me.

Then I recognized that I smile and I said to me “hey, you are smiling because of this. Great! Count it!”

And that is my recommendation to you: count your smiles, the small ones as the big ones, all are worthwile and you may realize that your number of smiles increases when you take focus on them and when you appreciate them.

A sunny smile to everyone!

Did you realize that most people associate “sunny” and “smiling”?

Have you ever seen a kid who painted a sad sun? No!

Greet the sun with a big smile!

The first smile or the first post

Smile!

Wow! Well done.. so you receive one from me =)

We just exchanged the first smile. Great! I am sure you know that “A smile is the shortest way between two beings.”

And to this wonderful state/attitude/emotion (?) I dedicate my blog.

My purpose is to show you what a smile effects and to make you smiling or as you already started to keep you smiling.

Therefore I have a proposition:

Take a paper and a tape or just a post-it.. write down in a nice colour SMILE! and sign with a smiley.

Stick it at a place you pass often like a door, just above the light switch, the comp or the TV.

If you want to have more out of it, connect some positive mental images to your smile-note. Remember one or few situations that let you feel really great. Imagine it and feel it while you look at your note. Then stick it and voilà smile everytime you pass it.

Even if you don’t smile the first times you will smile later automatically after you did it few times.
