Fake it until you make it!

Do you know this saying? Fake it until you make it!
That means: Lift your corners of mouth that it seems like you smile and the feeling of a smile will come to you.
Try it! The next time you feel down because something went wrong, fake to smile and realize that you are allowed to smile everytime. You haven’t to feel down. There is no reason. But there is always a reason to smile because it lets feel you better and also the people around you.
So start right now and smile!
