The first smile or the first post

Smile!

Wow! Well done.. so you receive one from me =)

We just exchanged the first smile. Great! I am sure you know that “A smile is the shortest way between two beings.”

And to this wonderful state/attitude/emotion (?) I dedicate my blog.

My purpose is to show you what a smile effects and to make you smiling or as you already started to keep you smiling.

Therefore I have a proposition:

Take a paper and a tape or just a post-it.. write down in a nice colour SMILE! and sign with a smiley.

Stick it at a place you pass often like a door, just above the light switch, the comp or the TV.

If you want to have more out of it, connect some positive mental images to your smile-note. Remember one or few situations that let you feel really great. Imagine it and feel it while you look at your note. Then stick it and voilà smile everytime you pass it.

Even if you don’t smile the first times you will smile later automatically after you did it few times.
